Infamous Smokey Mountain closed over fifteen years ago.... At least I thought so until last week. While watching Brazil vs Holland in a Makati Sport Bar something on my left side caught my attention - on a closer look the lady was wearing a bracelet, necklace and handbag made out of recycled garbage.
